I first arrived in New Mexico in 2001 while serving on Active Duty in the Air Force at Kirtland Air Force Base. It wasn’t just the brilliant sunsets or the glow of Albuquerque’s city lights that captured my heart—it was the people. This is where I met my husband, Mark, and where we began building our life together! After we married, I transitioned to the Air Force Reserves so I could spend more time nurturing our growing family and building deeper roots in our community.
Our life here has been shaped by strong connections—to our church, our neighbors, and our fellow swim parents who’ve become like family. Whether I’m watching our kids swim, walking around our neighborhood, or walking our dogs through the beautiful Open Space, I’m always reminded of how blessed I am to call Albuquerque home.
During my final assignment in the Air Force, I served in the Nuclear Enterprise and developed a deep appreciation for New Mexico’s unique legacy. From Isotopes to delectable green chili, there is much to love about this state, its rich history, and the other people who call NM home.
After retiring from the military, Mark encouraged me to explore real estate as a way to grow our investment portfolio. I soon realized I didn’t just want to invest in properties—I wanted to invest in the lives of others and help them find their dream home.
I find much joy in getting to know clients, learning their stories, and becoming a part of their next chapter. I’m especially grateful to work alongside Kurstin Johnson and the Vista Encantada team—a close-knit group of professionals who truly care about each other and the people we serve. Here, relationships come first. And that’s exactly why I feel right at home.
