Connie Ryan is the Transaction Manager and Marketing Director of Vista Encantada. She shares her 20+ years of real estate experience with us on a daily basis showing her great knowledge along with her great sense of humor. Among her long list of achievements, Connie owned the first Coldwell Banker franchise in Albuquerque along with a partner, Vi Gautsch. She served as Albuquerque Board of Realtors (AMBR) President in 1998 and received the prestigious award of AMBR Realtor of the Year in 2003. She is also a talented graphic designer. Many of the fun marketing projects we send out are to Connie’s credit.Connie is beyond par one of the most devoted animal lovers you will ever meet.
